I have an issue in the storage and encryption step

If an error message appears during the storage and encryption step, be aware that before contacting support, the system will send you an automatic message containing a secure link that will take you to the location where the error was encountered. 

Don't worry, you won't have to go through the whole process again and no additional payment is requested or required; the system keeps all the information.
