I submitted a consultation before November 2021 and can't log in

On November 28 2021, we updated the platform with some changes to the connections.

If you sent a consultation before the 28th of November, you must go to archive.dermago.ca and log in using your same login and password. 

To change your password, use the following link https://archive.dermago.ca/users/password/new

To login to your archived consultation, go directly to:  https://archive.dermago.ca/users/password/new

If you previously logged in from your Google or Facebook account, you will no longer be able to log into your file this way.

In order to access your file or your past consultations, you must change your password using the "Forgot your password" option on our archive.dermago.ca. Go directly to the following link : https://archive.dermago.ca/users/password/new

If you want to do a follow-up or create a new consultation, you will have to create a new profile by going to https://app.dermago.ca/register.

If this does not correspond to your problem, it would be appreciated if you could take a screenshot of your screen, including the error message or the location where you are experiencing the problem. This step will help us to better respond and provide you with a solution quickly.
